Musculoskeletal System Optimisation (Corrective Exercise)

Considering the fact that depending on every individual lifestyle or sport, the characteristics
of the spine, joints, and muscles can be different. These all are biomechanical properties of that person.
These properties in time can lead to injuries or pain depending on the circumstances. Corrective exercise
aims to bring these characteristics to anatomical norms as much as possible. Research shows that this can
prevent at least 50% of the sports injuries, which can also be true in preventing pain in non-athletes.
